Llei de Reorganització d’Andhra Pradesh, 2014 comunament anomenat Bill Telangana és una llei del Parlament de l’Índia proclamant la bifurcació de l’estat d’Andhra Pradesh en dos estats, Telangana i residual Andhra Pradesh. La Llei consta de tots els aspectes de la divisió dels actius i passius, finalitzar les fronteres dels nous estats i l’estat de Hyderabad propostes. El projecte de llei va ser rebutjat per l’Assemblea Legislativa d’Andhra Pradesh el 30 de gener de al 2014.

No, bifurcating states does not guarantee economic development. Good governance matters not the size of the state. If smaller states mean better management then why is Goa not India's most developed state?

Yes, but residuary Andhra should be given appropriate time to makeover for the laggings it will have after bifurcation.

The decision to bifurcate must be taken by the Andhra Legislative Assembly in consultation with the Government of India.

the bifurcation was done keeping in minds the loksabha polls and key issues were not adresses so i am not against the bifurcation but the way in which it was done!

Yes, but the way it was bifurcated by UPA is not correct
Actually I don't see a point in dividing a state as a means to growth. Instead, better governance and distribution of govt funds would lead to a prosperous state.
