i think both go hand in hand public sector is required to cater the needs of the poor and private can co exist

Heath sector should be subsidised for low income families even in private hospital

Government involvement in health care should at least be 60% and the rest can be taken by private organization.
More of Public sector with higher standards of medication facilities which are in equal par with Private sector. Provided the cost of healthcare should be less for people with poor economic backgrounds.
