Businesses should provide maternal, paternal, sick leave, and only for sick family members close to the person who are dying(Ex. mother or father or child).

Reform the system so that this paid leave should only be for people work their butts off to provide for their family, and not for rich snobs. We need paid leave to compete with other countries and convince businesses to move back and help us.

Yes, and also include paternity leave for fathers. The wages earned during both maternity and paternity leave should be slightly lower than if the mother/father were at work. It should last a minimum of a month. Paid sick leave is important for those with serious illness.

Depending on if the illness' is lethal, and for pregnant woman the pay should be reduced, and only counts as a half a days work.
