Only criminals who are charged for treason should , terrorism or war against the state should not be allowed

 @9MWPRJ9 answered…6mos6MO

Yes, but only then if they are not convicted for a serious crime like murder, rape, terrorism etc. Also, only after completion of sentence.

 @9KNYNTGanswered…9mos9MO

If if someone has done a mild crime by mistake like for temporal pleasure someone steals from someone and the government is rehabilitating the person for his mistake and he is also guilty for what he did. For others doing violent crimes no voting rights to them at all.

 @9JP8R26Bharatiya Janataanswered…10mos10MO

Only select few individuals should have right to influence the decision about who should be the ruler. Democracy and other forms of electoracy are not the ideal form of Government.

 @9FCTQX6answered…1yr1Y

Yes. But if they are convicted in a serious crimes like rape and murder then No.

Those committed crimes against sovereignty, integrity and security of state should not be allowed to vote.

 @8NY5TJYBharatiya Janataanswered…4yrs4Y

Only if they've completed their parole/probation and are mentally competent to do so

 @8KJQRCTBharatiya Janataanswered…4yrs4Y

Till they have served out their sentence, their right to vote should be suspended. It should be restored once they have completed serving their sentence.

 @9CQBR8Canswered…1yr1Y

No. This would only increase political advantage in support of the parties.

 @9CPRXLWanswered…1yr1Y

Depends on what crime the person has committed. If someone has committed crime that relate to election, voting, treason, amongst other political issues then absolutely not, yes if they have committed petty crimes or have served their sentence then I don’t see a problem with them casting a vote.

This one is tricky because yeah if you are a citizen of the U.S you should be able to vote but if you are just plain evil and done or do disgusting things we should highly consider if they should be able to or not we should leave it up to the people to decide.
