 @9CQ45Q9Independentanswered…10mos10MO

No, marijuana should be decriminalized but not legalized since regulation is prone to corruption.

 @9BH8JPKIndependentanswered…1yr1Y

Yes, but only for personal and medical use. It should not be distributed.

Decriminalize personal use of marijuana, may keep criminalization for marijuana dealers

 @8S3C6JWanswered…3yrs3Y

Only for medical use. and action should be taken against a person who uses it for non-medical use.

 @8QPCWK2answered…3yrs3Y

I know it's impossible. But if were to legalize, the seller must have record of every person he sells to, so that there is no excess usage. The government must set a limit and selling above it should be punishable.

Yes, and legalize, tax, and regulate all drugs instead of criminalizing them, also release anyone serving time solely for drug offenses.

 @93CS3TH from Texas answered…2yrs2Y

No, drugs, including alcohol and tobacco, should be illegal but decriminalized, and addicts must be helped through rehabilitation programs.

Regardless, this decision should be made at the state and local level

 @7MKJ4WC from Nebraska answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, with proper regulation at the state level. Medical use should be prioritized.

 @7G3G2W3 from New York answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but also legalize all other drugs and release every non-violent drug offender from prison

 @926DM4T from Missouri answered…2yrs2Y

 @926DQTR from Missouri answered…2yrs2Y

Yes. The Government did a horrible job in the past of, and continues to fumble, enforcing the Law that makes the Drug illegal, and it seems to be a waste of resources to not fully enforce the law. Plus, Marijuana has medicinal benefits, which should not be restricted by if your State has Marijuana Dispensary or something similar.

 @85QWNPG from Colorado answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, immediate release for anyone serving time for non-violent drug offences is also necessary, and the further decriminalization in posession of other natural substances is of utmost importance to lowering the extreme rate of imprisonment in many poor regions, and allowing more personal freedoms to those who wish to experiment with drugs that are far safer than both medications often prescribed and alcohol/cigarettes, which are widely available.
