Yes, but only non-Muslim refugees from countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh, who come under CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act).

They should be allowed to vote if they are residing in the nation from 10-15 years and are legal citizens of the country with passport, aadhar, voter id and other documents. Ownership of property is also considered.
