“Gram Panchayat System has gone haywire with more corruption at village level. Participative Democracy, with elected representatives consulting public for their opinion for every issue should be implemented. Existing judiciary system should be entirely autonomous, and justice should be delivered promptly in time bound manner. The Consumer Fora should be given greater authority, more judges, and escape routes for the perpetrator of the unjust vendor be plugged.”
