“The way Lokpal and JanLokal is structured will not help to prevent corruption but instead will be used to harass honest officials who wants to improve development and it will also hurt buisness investments. Every Political and executive decision gets delayed.
So Jan Lokpal must mainly focus on Money trail, ie.e how much money got allotted to construct a Fly Over, how much cement was procured etc. and Micro manage the finances.
Also Transparency should be brought in while calling tenders and auctioning national resources.”
