“Tax should not be reduced , but an incentive can be given to those who declare their money kept in foreign banks and proportionate amount of incentives should be given so that at least some amount of black money gets convert to white . Like , people having money over a certain limit (for eg.10 crores or more) will be given bonds or shares at less cost or something which promote their interest in the investment in India and hence they declare their money kept in foreign banks , a little by little we can expect that more money inflow will take place .”
