caste based reservation for the most part dont reach to people who actually need them , it would turn a very big para if i started explaining the how but yeah , i believe doing caste sensus first and then re-evaluating the methodology of the reservation application is better

I believe that marginalization is intersectional. Instead of reservation on the basis of one specific dimension, there needs to be more sensitive, nuanced criteria, taking into consideration many layers of marginalization. And based on that, an individual can certainly be offered reservation. Caste, Class, Gender, Religion, Physical and Mental health situations etc. need to be considered, and not just an on-paper caste of a person.

I think every member from the marginalised community, deserves additional benefits. The reservation could be availed based on one's overall social profiling in terms of marginalization.

More colleges should be opened, so as not to disillusion the higher castes. The higher castes should not have to lose their privileges, just so the lower castes can have their privileges.
