“India has no dearth of professional and honest experts in every field who would consider it an honour to participate in planning and maximizing developmental goals for the budget-allocations made. And, the Indian private sector is fully capable of delivering quality and scale. The desirability of involving a foreign partner/contractor should left to the INDIAN entity that bags the contract after transparent and fair bidding, which should be overseen by a retired supreme court judge of stature. The Indian firm bagging the contract should be fully accountable under the most stringent laws for timely delivery, quality and guarantee redemption, if and when required.”
