There is an bidding system in India for infrastructure projects, in which private and public enterprises can participate

No, Give opportunity to local private firms to collaborate with foreign firms to build infrastructure.

India should build their own infra-building capability and invite participation/involvement from foreign firms later. They should ensure fair competition for everyone.

id say the options here are pretty rigid , one is asking me to devalue my own men and their capabilities and the second one is a gamble , we should promote more india-based firms as to become more self sufficient in near future but also use international corps to benifit us

If the local private firms can reach the standards of international infrastructure then they should be given a chance. If the private international firms can do it for lower price-greater quality then they can be given a chance. Personally i think the local firms should be able to improve their standards

It should be a balance between the two Local for increasing employment of people International to attract more international firms to invest in india
