Article 370 of the Indian constitution is a law that grants special autonomous status to Jammu and Kashmir. According to this Article, except for defence, foreign affairs, finance and communications, the Parliament needs the state government's concurrence for applying all other laws. Absolutely Not, its a sovereign part of India and should have forever been given the same status as every other state in India. Article 370 abolishment was a master stroke.
