This problem must be tackled by the country's brightest AI researchers, and the definition of undeniable evidence must be constantly updated by a team of these researchers so as to keep up-to date with latest innovations in faking evidence, so as to prevent faked evidence from ever being seen as "undeniable" in a court of law.
