No, bifurcating states does not guarantee economic development. Good governance matters not the size of the state. If smaller states mean better management then why is Goa not India's most developed state?

Neutral. Ideally rather than bifurcation, putting a more efficient system in place is the solution

Yes, but residuary Andhra should be given appropriate time to makeover for the laggings it will have after bifurcation.

The decision to bifurcate must be taken by the Andhra Legislative Assembly in consultation with the Government of India.

the bifurcation was done keeping in minds the loksabha polls and key issues were not adresses so i am not against the bifurcation but the way in which it was done!

Actually I don't see a point in dividing a state as a means to growth. Instead, better governance and distribution of govt funds would lead to a prosperous state.
