India should create two child policy and also give reservation in the jobs to girls of those parents who does only have girl child. Also take strong steps in the abolishment of sex determination test and female foeticide.
One child leads to deformed real growth of children. Their growth in team building activities, sharing, giving gets retarded. They become more demanding. Parents also try satisfying the needs by throwing money on them rather than spending quality time with the. Hence a NO and Yes to 2 children

Yes, but use incentives to ensure compliance, not punishment (incentives such as fee waiver for first/only child, free medical care for first/only child etc)
