Private sector companies want to make profit if they are to survive in the market and companies can be run efficiently only if candidates are selected based on merit not on the basis of caste.

Caste based system is something which we can already see that the political parties which take advantage and use minority votes to their advantage, influence these people with the same idea that we are the ones which can save you, that the other parties (BJP) is against you. Even though the OBC, SC/ST representation in Congress has always been a mere 15 % throughout their reign in this country.
