There is no one Indian language.Rather there are multiple languages.Depending upon the profession and breathe person should learn the language and culture.

English is.one of the official languages of india. So long as they settle in some area that has a large number of English speakers they should be able to make it. Though they will be limited in their opportunities and may face issues.

If they want to then they should as it's going to help them a lot in living here but it shouldn't be compulsory and no pressure should be put on them

It depends on how long they reside in India. If they are staying here for a couple of years, then they don't have to learn Hindi or another Indian language, but if they are becoming long-time or permanent residents then they must learn Hindi/other Indian language.

Wht exactly is immigrants, only immigrants who come to India r Bangladeshi & rohingyas who must be kicked out

 @9L4ZJHGanswered…8mos8MO

Not compulsory,but they have to learn it as they are planning to live here for long time. It will be helpful for them in future.

It his highly encouraged to learn but it is not enforced or compulsory to converse in an Indian language. However if they learn the language it will be easier for them to communicate and a boost for Indian culture. The government can organize classes which interested people can go. It isn't compulsory but very encouraged.
