Depending on what type of business is that... Good visionary doing well for country...then there should be less taxes, and for companies harming the company then there should be more and more tax( alcohol, cigarette, etc.)

Depends on net income. For more precarious businesses, tax only profits; for larger businesses with gigantic cash flow, tax their entire income regardless of profit or loss-- unless there's been multiple quarters of loss.
