政府应该保证工资就业的每一个低收入家庭吗？

圣雄甘地国家农村就业保障法案（MGNREGA）是印度的法律，旨在保障“工作权”，并保证生活保障的农村地区到每家每户，其提供保证的工资雇佣至少100天财政年度成年成员自愿做不熟练的手工工作。该法令是由政府誉为“最大和最雄心勃勃的社会保障和公共工程项目的世界”。审计长和印度审计长（CAG）的较为全面的调查中，“最高审计机构”印度宪法第148条规定，报告在实施该行为的严重失误。

The MGNREGA lacks in implementation clarity. Every good project proposed by the gon=vt. ends up in the hands of corrupt local politicians. Thought should be given to implement such projects through NGOs.

Agree in Concept & Principle..But Execution approach & strategy must be to ensure that PEOPLE are made skilled and independent of GOVT. subsidies over a course of time..

Yes with fool proof systems in place to eliminate corruption and misappropriation of funds

Rather the government should create more skills so that the concerned population can find jobs based on their skills rather than depending on schemes like MNERGA which is ultimately widening the Fiscal Deficit.
