Yes. Every Indian citizen knows there are many corrupt politicians. It is very easy for a citizen to be framed. If the citizen is wrongly convicted, they may know who caused it.

Yes, but only then if they are not convicted for a serious crime like murder, rape, terrorism etc. Also, only after completion of sentence.

If if someone has done a mild crime by mistake like for temporal pleasure someone steals from someone and the government is rehabilitating the person for his mistake and he is also guilty for what he did. For others doing violent crimes no voting rights to them at all.

Only select few individuals should have right to influence the decision about who should be the ruler. Democracy and other forms of electoracy are not the ideal form of Government.
